Since I upgraded to Windows 7, I can not add Yahoo Mail as my default mail client as it does not appear in the programs list.  I never had this problem before running Windows Vista.  I have the latest versions of both Yahoo Messenger and the Yahoo Toolbar, so can someone please tell me how to do this?  Thank you in advance! 1 person needs an answer I do too

Hi, I am a yahoo Mail Plus user (Paid version). I can grab my yahoo inbox etc via POP on my Apple mail.app. Yaho Mail Plus does not have IMAP access. I'd like to have my Sent items available offline. (I use the browser client as my primary client, however I need to be able to review mail I have sent when I am offline). I know the Zimbra client will do this, however is there a way to ...

I am having trouble sending from Windows Mail--you have to purchase the Yahoo Mail Upgrade $20 to use the account. You can get the settings by searching How to set up Mail Accounts.

The "regular Yahoo" email is webmail only, at least in the US. So you have to use your web browser, not Windows Mail. Windows Mail can only access POP3 and IMAP servers. Had the Hint for 2 days, deciding as to whether to keep it.  I like the phone but there are 2 things that I would like to get answers on. (1)  Is it now or do you think it will ever be possible to select the text size for web browsing and texting? (2) I can not add yahoo mail as an email client.  I am with uscc and they have 2 email clients pre loaded, aol, and gmail, and I need to add yahoo ...

Hello,   After reading ProfiMail's forums, it seems it's client specific. The same settings work in ProfiMail but not in the built in client. Maybe it's even account specific as it works for some and does not for me (and a few people I know).   Problem solved as I use ProfiMail as it has more features and faster as the built in client or email.nokia.com.   Thank you guys for your ...

Netscape / Mozilla (Firefox, Thunderbird & SeaMonkey)

Mozilla Firefox is a Web browser, not an email client. One can access Web mail using a Web browser. Thus, if use only Web mail, such as gmail or yahoo or from your Internet provider, then you don't need to compact your email folders because the folders exist on the Web mail provider's computer, not yours. Mozilla does make an email client called Thunderbird...File menu > compact folders....
