The installation starts off OK but then just hangs.  I can leave it and come back after an hour and nothing has moved.  I think that there is a fault on the disc.  I do not get any error codes. 1 person needs an answer I do too

Either sometimes my internet explorer or my windows explorer closes and windows solution pops up is this caused by hardware problem or software?

thank you for your response - more to the story: First, the "generic HP PS driver" doesn't have the features (double side printing as example) - so that particular driver didn't quite fit my printer.  I went and downloaded the 1320 PCL5 driver from the HP site for Windows Server 2008 - the driver is specific for LJ1320 for x64 OS. Sorry to say your windows update doesn't work for this ...
