Windows Movie Maker problems: Video/Audio cutting off and blanking

I've been making a couple of videos recently but there has been this really annoying thing happening the middle of the video. Okay, let's say I assemble all the clips in Windows Movie Maker in my liking and everything is how I wanted it to be. I preview it and then suddenly in the middle of the video the audio cuts out or the clip freezes or it just goes blank. I haven't been able to solve it ...

Hello Jose. Here's a link to the page that I got the answer from: http://www.windowsmoviemakers.net/Forums/ShowPost. aspx?PostID=215000#215000 The WMV files I had actually used to be FLV files, but I converted them to WMV. I changed the output resolution when converting, and apparently that was the problem.

try updating codecs for your player, i would recommend using Klite codec pack try googling for it and should help
