I have a c# windows service that loads 3rd party plugins for processing (orders).   We've recently discovered that some of the plugins are leaky.   I would also recommend, before trying to rework your entire design, contacting the 3rd party and trying to address the core problem.  Plugins shouldn't be leaking on you. It may just be a matter of not disposing an IDisposable correctly.  ...

Another vote for IEtester. It's kinda excellent to have 4 different versions of IE in one simple program. Do keep in mind that IEtester randomly crashes on Windows Vista. It has something to do with memory management, not sure what it is. Apart from that, its an excellent program!
