I agree. Why 32-bit? On server hardware, everything has 64-bit Windows drivers. 64-bit for the OS is simply
better. Better memory management, more virtual memory space and the option to run 64-bit software when you need to, and all of your 32-bit software will still work. At least, if it is worth using, it will. Also I wonder why Server 2003? I mean, it is good, especially R2, but I think 2008...
