Hello Thinka, Go here to completely remove Norton; http://service1.symantec.com/Support...05033108162 039 You'll have to find out what version is on the lappy. I have the same Inspiron 1525 w/Vista Ultimate SP2 Once Norton is completely removed, I suggest using Avast Home Edition, it's free ( http://www.avast.com/ ) Then go here; http://support.dell.com/support/inde...
