My work around to that is that I run a Windows Home Server [WHS] on my home LAN. That provides automatic nightly backups of all of my Windows clients, ie. Win 7 and XP in my case. I built mine out of an old desktop PC I had. I totally agree with co_biker. I upgraded all my Vista computers to Windows 7 Home premium and now my network backup capability is gone... this sucks.
