Since today is Americas Thanksgiving, I figured I'd make this thread. Its relevant, because I'm sure everyone eats turkey at least once a year, regardless if you're American or not. So, the question at hand is... do you prefer dark or white meat on a turkey?

Pork - red or white meat? Is pork considered a red meat or a white meat? I seem to recall ads for "pork the other white meat", but my neice said she can't eat red meat and included pork as a red meat.
