Why does it have to be so expensive? I just love the taste of it but unfortunately I have to cut down on buying the expensive whey. Its $50 for 5 pounds at 34 grams of protein a scoop. Im using 100% whey protein(optimum nutrition),but I have an inquiry about if can I leave prepared the protein shake to be used later or this can affect its effectiveness??? this may seem like a stupid question, but is whey protein stable in liquid for a long period of time? for example, i mix my shakes in the morning before i leave for work (7am) and usually don't drink them until the afternoon (around 4pm) am i still getting the same amount of protein as if i just mixed it right before i drank it?
