Thanks for the reply. What commands would I have to type to DENY UDP on a specific port for ACL rules? Or what would I type for a specific port on host.allow or host.deny? Thanks alot

The good news is that is a TCP and UDP. Try to get statistics of what IP is flooding and issue a firewall/acl rule to block access to it.
