Hello everyone I am a 19 year old male who is looking to drop around 10-15 kilos of fat over the next 3-4 months. I have played sports the majority of my life playing rugby as a prop and grid iron as a centre tackle and I have quite alot of muscle mass however I also have a decent amount of fat. I would say around 20-25% body fat would be a fair estimate till I actually get the exact ...

Well, with bow season getting close I have started thinking of retiring the crossbow if I can. I hurt my shoulder playing baseball a few years ago but the doc recommended resistance training so I figured a compound would be perfect for that! Hi Folks, Abject newbie here. Sorry to ask possibly redundant questions, but I've been reading here for awhile and can't quite figure some things out. Hoping you seasoned veterans can help me get off to a good start. I'm just getting ready to start PP - tried it a few years ago, but couldn't get my act together. I'd been meaning to get back to it, but... Stumbled on this board a couple of ...
