Advice on Walther PPS 9mm

I got the chance to shoot a Walther PPS 9mm today and absolutely loved it, it was sooo damn accurate! After hating the recoil on the LCR, I am now looking at a compact 9mm for cc. The problem I have is that there seems to be a FTE issue with the gun which actually happened to my wife earlier when she fired it. The issue is that sometimes, on recoil, the slide doesn't go forward all the...

I've had my PPS in 9mm for a little over a year now and have had no issues with FTE. I got it to carry and for my wife to shoot as she didn't like my P99AS in .40. We've put about 600 rounds thru it without any issues. And when I carry it, I use a Fobus paddle holster and I hardly notice it's there. Great gun all around as far as I'm concerned. Tim

The new Walther PPS 9mm is a wonderful conceal carry pistol. It is thin, light, accurate and extremely reliable. I've had mine for almost a year now and it is my primary cc and has been flawless.
