Have any of you heard of a fused vulva? At my baby's two month appointment today, the pediatrician had to separate this area, and told us to watch the area to keep it from being fused. She said this could happen until my little girl is about 4 years old!!! I have never heard of this before, and didn't know to watch for that.

I have a pea-sized hole on the outer part of my vulva. It has been there for about three monthsit has, on occasion, scabbed over, but because my thighs brush against it, it is always torn off. Are there any type of specialists that I could see for numbness of the vulva and vaginal area after surgery? It started about a month after the surgery because the doctor told me I could have sex after 2 weeks. Is there any legal recouse for the doctor telling me this? He also told me the surgery has NO side effects and NO sypmptoms and it would have NO change in SEX...

Nellie is 9 months old now. She was spayed at 6 months. She has had a light yellow mucous discharge from her vulva for about 2 days.
