I am trying to update to windows 7 but need to download vista sp1 first which hasn't downloaded automatically even though my computer is set to receive updates. Im advised not to download the one from the download centre for my individual computer as it's massive but cannot download through windows updates as it isn't there to download. I have the full retail version of Vista Ultimate (inc 32bit & 64bit DVD's) But it's the non SP1 version..can i download an ISO or the files from microsoft of the SP1 version ???

Could you please clarify what you are talking about? Because there is no Service Pack for Windows 7 available at this time. There have been 2 service packs released for Windows Vista so far. Windows 7 requirement minimum of SP1 or later installed to upgrade to Windows 7.
