9/12 - Back/Biceps/traps/abs Another workout in which I smashed previous records. Got such an intense pump in biceps after negative cable curls that I thought my veins were going to explode. Added lots of weight to t-bar rows, seated rows, lat pulldowns, and bb curls. I felt like I didn't do enough work in Thursday's short shoulder and tricep workout, so I did 7 sets of skull crushers. GETURSWELLON and BIG case, thanks a lot for the information, nice to see some people are willing to answer questions on here. So pre-workout is less safe because you are using your glycogen stores and blood sugar is lowering while you are training yes? What if you were to just sip a glucose/dextrose and amino liquid mix while training, would that not stop you from going hypo while training?... |

The Marlins in need of Catching are rumored to be looking at Indians Victor Martinez as a possible trade choice! From what I've heard the Marlins & Indians have kicked around the trade of "Hermida, Baker, and a player to be named" for Catcher Victor Martinez, and a bullpen pitcher. I would welcome this trade with open arms, and would LOVE to see Martinez in a MARLINS Uniform! |
