Try Vanish pre wash stain remover in the bright pink bottle, you spray it on the stain then wash as usual.

tis a shame you cant febreeze...but you can use VANISH oxygel and stain remover! Works brilliantly on whites and greys! You can get the little stick to rub on grass/stable stains the shoulders and legs, and you can use the oxygel crystals in a bucket of water to soak a white tail/mane in!!! I messed raspberry cordial on our beige carpet and now I can't get the stain out. I've been using Vanish Frend for carpets and RugDoctor Stain Remover but they've only managed to make it fade a bit. Any ideas on how to get it out properly?

And I'm fairly sure I saw another ad a few days ago for a similar product which, it is claimed, smells of "white diamonds". made a mistake here. Frend (aka VANISH) concentrate stain remover. look out for it at supermarkets with foreign goods. it even removes motoroil from my goretex jacket...!

thanks for all your replies guys . looks like i made the mistake of washing it before trying stain remover. but tbh, i thought...ahhh...its only dirt off the floor...it'll come out with daz! phhh.... the dark stains are all over it like a bad tie-dye. gonna try vanish and if that don't work, will resort to bleach.... do they do bleach for clothes? or do i use any old stuff...
