Ive driven pick-ups all my life. I noticed you want a manual trans, I have taken quite a bath on manual trans pick-ups when selling them. I guess it depends on the area, but not many people who came to look at them (even when the ad clearly stated it was a manual) knew how to drive it. I am biased toward domestic trucks. I have owne Dodges, Chevy's, GMC's and Fords. In my experience, the ...

Hi there everyone! I'm thrilled to be here, I just purchased a well-loved 1990 29-foot Excella. It was lovingly restored by a man who unfortunately passed from this Earth a couple of years ago, and his widow was kind enough to trust me with continuing the legacy. Many thanks to my new friends, his family, for that. I'll be towing it with a truck I just bought a few weeks ago, an '01 ...

If you want a hella easy way to find the information on the skinny of your mini, follow this link and read, it will explain it to you ( write down your number and follow instructions ) I think youll find your truck to be a second generation late model 1974 HILUX. The longbed ( 7.5' ) edition was introduced in 1973. As for the gas cap its weird because Ive seen stock ( never modified ) open gas...

In the 'Deals' thread a week or 2 ago, 'lexster' asked a question about snowblowers and steps that has not yet been answered. I'll post my reply here as it may be of use to others too (I'll send him a PM to let him know) : Quote: Originally Posted by lexster I have a single stage Bolen, not heavy but need to move it up ...

Here I am sitting here reading the local paper when I see an ad that says INVASION OF THE ATVs It has a picture of a forest with an ATV riding through it and has a quote at the bottom that reads " They go off-road because they're attracted to unspoiled wilderness, but ATV riders are quickly spoiling what they love" Think about it! It also has a link to the following website: ...

This cold Morning I am thinking back to the cold & Old Days of long gone times at Kinsey! I remember well going into work wearing the Nice Sub Zero WI Army Coat they gave us every year. They had no problem with us wearing them home and also got us discounted Shoes paid almost nothing if we went to the old Work men Suppy in Pottstown. They also aways made sure we had Good Leather Gloves and what ...

Since great minds think alike, I'm going to bounce ideas here. I have arranged to purchase a gorgeous system. The problem? It's approximately 135 miles away. And it's huge. Tank is roughly 2x2x7. (230g) It's glass = weights a TON. Stand is average stand height (meaning I didn't measure it.) All the guts and goodies come with it (ASM G4, MH and VHOs, pumps, 75g sump, etc) I have plenty...

I think the Aussies call them tray backs, but that may just be a flat bed instead of a pickup bed. This truck was bought used at a dealer, but I like the design on it. Has anyone fabbed up a box like this? What about having one built? Costs, source, etc? Choose your favourite brand of pickup, remove the bed and you should be self sufficient for quite a while. Aftermarket FJ45 cabs and frames and...

'36 Chevy lowcab pickup Location: Nicholson, PA Price: $4,000 The truck is very solid over all. The bed is the worst part, but is salvageable. There are after market replacement beds that can be bought now. The cab was sitting on a Ford Ranger frame with a utility type bed when I purchased it. I have the original frame, bed/...
