Hey Guys, For a few months now I have had a really slow internet connection. I have the Netgear RangeMax ADSL modem wireless Router model DG834PN. I have had it for several years now. I got three computers on my home network. My main PC which is downstairs connected to my router. Then I have a laptop upstairs connecting wirelessly using it's built in wifi. When I was younger, I was a real techno geek. What you would call today an "early adopter." I am almost 60 now, and retired, and my habits have changed a lot. I got a VCR back in 1981 for $900. It was a Panasonic Omnivision, and it weighed 43 pounds. It had a wired remote that was pretty much an "on/off" switch. Today, a brand new DVD player can be had for under $50. Hi staff and fellow members, i had changed my home internet to the bundled ADSL2+ from the old ADSL1 back in July and I have been having intermittent issues with the speed and connection. When it flies I am very happy, but when it crawls, only a reboot of modem seems to help. On particular bad days, I need to do a real hard reboot (have it off for 15min) before it will come back to normal. Now...

Mine used to be so slow... I'm glad I got it fixed... But it would take me 5 mins just to open up the home page... after it took 5 mins to open up the internet window! God... I'm so happy that Trojan is goneĀ
