Yes it could. I have a CZ75B SA. It's a single action only version. I use it for competition. The detent that holds the safety has never been strong enough for me to consider carrying it with the hammer locked back and a round in the chamber. If I were to use a CZ75B for as my CCW I'd carry it with the hammer down against a loaded chamber and safety off. However without a decocker you would need ...
