Congratulations on the progress made in the last 18 months. Lowest level of violence in 7 years, troops out of most areas by mid-2009...for a war we couldn't win I'd say it's looking increasingly like it's just about over. In September of 06, 3,539 Iraqi security forces were killed. September 08 - 366. A year and a half ago 126 U.S troops were killed in one month. Last month it was 14. ...
