She is irresistible and she's moving in on Saturday. DB - LOL at your ...

I guess not ? All these years I thought it meant the equivalant of nothing and I find out it means this. What does the lady part of using the word squat have to do with it ???? The squat is a lower body exercise used in strength training . It is also a competitive lift in powerlifting and an essential movement in the sport of weightlifting . The exercise's main emphasis is on the ...

Cowgirl - I find it difficult to rate barre DVDs as beg/int/adv but I would say these are intermediate if you follow the modifier and int/adv if you follow the more advanced version of the moves. Try to keep in mind the function of every muscle of the body: kinesiology, the study of how they work, from a mechanical point of view, is very important for bodybuilders. the Spinal erectors are responsible , concentrically, for lifting the torso upwards from a bent over position....

I have a client who jockeys trucks for a living. He gets in and out of tractor trailers all day long, at least 30 trucks a day. He has short legs and has moved the seat up as far as possible and used pillows but still is reaching for the pedal. He basically pushes the gas pedal in with the ball of foot and toes on right foot. He is stretching out fron the right hip to reach the pedal. He does ...
