Judges dont care about what other people are doing, just cuz others are speeding more doesnt make it right for you to go even 5mph over. When cops set up shop in certain areas you should chill in the right lane and get by. I feel your pain though, Im awaiting trial for speeding and aggressive (the ladder Im definetely fighting), lawyer is $500, start making calls. Good luck!
