According to my doctor, the ulnar nerve in my left arm is inflammed- thereby causing pain in my elbow and causing some of my fingers to experience tingling/numbness. I have taken off over 5 weeks from working out while icing my elbow and taking NSAIDs. I just started taking Celebrex about 10 days ago. Even though I've given my elbow ample rest, I don't feel like its getting much better. I ...

I had bilateral carpal tunnel surgery in late January. Went back to work for only 3 weeks, and lifted an orthopedic tray and felt a...

I sliced my ulnar nerve just above the right elbow over a year ago. I've had two surgeries since then. The first was two weeks after the injury, to repair the nerve and do a transposition. Neuroma developed and caused a lot of pain. The second surgery was 10 months later. The Dr. did a sub-muscular transposition and neural wrap. My hand and arm are still numb and tingling, I don't have much ...

So this is a random thing that has been bothering me for awhile, it sort of comes and goes. My elbow will crack or pop when im extending fore-arm while bearing weight. The example of the motion that would most cause this to happen would be doing a bicep curl, I can go up just fine but on the way down when my fore arm hits 90 degree to upper arm then my elbow will sort of lock up ...

Quote my: @ Murky and Skinny Three! Eh, it's a little late to put together arrangements right now. I'll get somethin' going, but probably not this weekend. Reason being is that three seems too tight for one weekend and I have a little ulnar nerve irritation. My nerve can definitely handle two runs but I don't want to risk damaging it by staying on for a third. Update...
