The trains between London Waterloo and Salisbury are provided by South West Trains. Their website is at www.southwesttrains.co.uk/ . The timetable for next July has not yet been announced. The last train to London on a weekday in the timetable which starts this coming December is at 2225. You will have to change trains at Basingstoke, and arrive at Waterloo at 0006. It is unlikely that the...

Take a look at a detailed map to get a better handle on the country. Geneva is west of Verbier, at the other end of the country than, say, Zürich. Geneva itself is not all that attractive, but it is situated on western end of the lake Geneva (called Lac Léman in the local French, and Genfersee in the rest of Switzerland) where, at the eastern end, is Montreux and its nearby attractions of Castle ...

At the minute I end up missing or training back to back almost with as little as 45 mins in between sometimes, or swim to gym immediately, but that is swim then lower body weights so dont think its too bad.
