For sale Class 3 Uhaul Hitch for 2007-2008 CRV. Brand new in box - ordered wrong hitch $100.00. Prefer local sale Yes I know this is the EOC it is posted on the CRVOC as well. Just hoping someone might have a CRV as well or know someone who might be looking for one of these.

Just installed UHaul hitch ordered directly from uhaul.com. Very high quality, powder coated unit. Reciever exits below rear valance without cutting or mods. Doubt it will work with any aftermarket, center exit exhaust. Mounts directly to rear subframe. Not easy, but not too difficult either. Mounts using two existing bolts and requires drilling one hole and modifying the other to accept ...

ideally if you could find someone in the U.S. To carefully put three or four hitches in one box...up to the usps weight limits then it would be more cost effective. Frequently hitch boxes are far larger than the contents as a one box fits all hitch. The box likely weighs 5 to 8 pounds. I know my Curt box was the same size for a class IV hitch and it was mostly empty space inside. That's if you ...

QUOTE (beny @ Nov 17 2008 - 12:21 PM) do the UHaul hitches also fit the 450? I don't think there was a frame change between the 450 and 451? No completely different rear framing. Hitch for the 450 costs 2-3x the 451 hitch price.

282 HP and 324 ft lbs of torque. You're fine. I would just accelerate nice and easy. Oh... I would not let uhaul near the car.

I have a 2005 escape hybrid and I'm getting conflicting info on whether I can put a hitch on. (I need to tow a chipper/shredder. It probably weighs under 1000 lbs.) The ford dealer doesn't list a hitch and says it isn't recommended. Uhaul says "no problem". Anybody done this to their 2005?

I have a 2004 X5. I installed an aftermarket trailer hitch at UHaul. Since the installation the dash display indicates "check brake lights" when I step on the brakes. My local BMW dealer has told me that in order to solve the problem I must install a BMW wiring harness at a cost of $1,000.00 +. Does anyone have any advice on this? Thanks

Greetings from Central AZ! I have an '04 Tacoma dbl. cab 4x4 SR5 TRD 3.4V6 A/T. It is completely stock except for a self-installed hitch receiver (Uhaul brand, I like the way it tucks up tight behind the bumper), and the "ground the gray wire" mod to the diff lock ECU allowing it to be engaged in H2 or H4. But the extended warranty has expired, and it will be paid off soon, so I am feeling it ...
