udp tcp - Topic profile

Hello Neowinians, I am working on a task and wanted to know if it was possible to read a TCP/UDP request and forward it to another port or destination based on the data it contains. If yes, any hint or code or article that can explain the process will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

when i try to open TCP/UDPs the procedure always fail. i have a modem ALICE (TELECOM ITALIA) that always worked well (i think it's not a router... i don't know exactly the diferences between modems..) windows firewalls are not enabled... HELP ME PLZ
