It isn't irrelevant yet, but it's headed that way. The truly epic boxing matches can still pull in huge PPV numbers, it's just that those matches are becoming increasingly rare. I find most local advertising such as this, just about worthless. If I do one, like the one I put one every year in the local horticultural society booklet. I consider it a donation, and it gets me business from the hort-group.
