i recently installed windows 7 on my new pc...i later installed norton 2010 internet security...then i tried running tversity for my PS3..and i saw that windows firewall wouldnt turn on..so i go to uninstall norton and then enable windows firewall..but nothing...i tried running norton removal tool but nothing happens... whatever method i saw..windows firewall just wont enable... any help?...

I can't take credit for this fix as I read it here yesterday but people still seem to be having this issue so I thought I'd make a thread on it. Make sure windows firewall is turned on during the upgrade or it will fail at 96%.
