Hi folks . Can.t seem to get `design view` up in `description builder`. I used to use TL on my old PC that was running Windows XP and had no probs. Have now got Windows Vista and seem to be running into all sorts of hiccups. Does my problem lay there? Any assist much appreciated. Cheers, Bob.

So, I had 99 widgets and sold 5 widgets, so after 30 days the listing ended and in the sold section Turbo Lister lists "Available Quantity" as 94 and "quantity" as 99. If I click Relist, quantity resets to 99. But I don't have 99 anymore. Is there a way to relist with the quantity of 94? I can't change AQ in "sold", and there is no AQ column in My Items or Waiting to Upload. How do I do...

It's been awhlie since I listed so patience is appreciated. When I finish an item in TL and uncheck the gallery plus box and press save...I then go back into that item and gallery plus is checked again. How do I keep this box unchecked or do I want to keep it checked? I cannot figure out how much this GP cost is..... 90% of my items have only 1 picture. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in ...

I have an HP Vista computer upgraded to Win 7. Using Windows Live Photo Gallery and Microsoft Office Picture Manager all of my pictures, scans, and transfers from photoshop are shown in the gallery. Hi all I just went to list some stuff to sell & haven't used turbo lister for a while so thought I would do a update first but during this update the computer crashes so waited for it to re-load and clicked on turbo lister again but nothing happens wont open now I just click the icon and that's it ? everything else in general is working fine still, pls help

I just purchased a computer with Windows7. I backed up my files on a CD. I downloaded TL to the new computer. Now it won't transfer the files. It states file not found. Could this be a problem with Windows7?

Second try at this post. Design view editor in upgraded Turbo lister is inop (worked fine before the upgrade) "Techs" can't figure it out Even their remote hook up does not work, Anyone else having this issue, nice upgrade... Greatstuff00

HI every is their a way to add a custom label without using turbolister,,,having numerous problems with the latest turbolister i only use it for adding custom labels (stock numbers)to my listings but now i cant even do that because it doesnt sync properly ive tried all versions including the us with no luck any help would be greatly appreciated thanks malc

Is the photo zoom feature available on Turbo Lister? I can't seem to get this feature to work with my listings uploaded from Turbo Lister. The enlarge feature works fine but not the zoom. Could it be too small of photo size? Any ideas? Thanks for any help.

My Turbo Lister won't install updates. I can sync with E Bay and I am waiting to upload a number of items this evening - have done a fees check and that works. I do crop them to take out unnecessary background space in the photos. I don't think I am cropping them enough to make a difference. I have directly uploaded (not through Turbo Lister) the same sizes and it works. It just seems that through Turbo Lister the function does not work.

Unfortunately when I checked the CD, the files were there but it did not back up the items. I guess I lost everything. I had over 5000 files in there anyway and it ran very slow. I'll just to have to start new. Thanks for trying to help!

You can just delete the program and download it again. If you haven't used it for awhile the update could take forever. After downloading, immediately run an update. Then you should be good to go getting your preferences set up. Radine

I used turbo lister and liked it much better than the SYI form. Never tried Auctiva but did switch to using Blackthorne Pro over a year ago but mostly for the automation it offers and the good inventory management. However, it is not free so if TL works for you, stay with it.

Why dont you list as GTC? Then they relist automatically after 30 days with the number remaining. Also, you get much better search position since carries over the plus rating for having sold some - thats a major factor in search return positioning (i gather you are doing fixed price).
