Not sure if its an OS issue or program problem. I got Turbo Lister running on my moms machine with Windows 7 64bit. Turbo lister is very slow to launch. You double click and its 10-15 seconds before it pops up. Only takes about 2-3 seconds on my machine. She has an Atom 330 and an SSD OCZ Vertex drive. I have reinstalled the program. I am having so much trouble trying to list ...... Here are the error messages. I have worked on this for 6 hours and can't use either turbo lister or just the sell through my ebay. I am getting so upset. Selling should be easy or as easy as it used to be. It was suggested that I use turbo lister for my listings. I am not very computer savvy at all and stumble thru the basic listings. What is the advantage of turbo lister, is everyone else using it, and how difficult is it to use? If I don't like it, can I uninstall it or am I stuck with it?Thanks

I'm a new e-bayer and decided to try Turbo Lister2 to edit my items. Seems much simplier than having to do it live via ebay etc., I synchronised initially like I was supposed to. I have just updated latest version of turbo lister but when I try and chose a category nothing comes up in the browse list. The previous categories I used have been replaced by a number code. Any ideas ?

For some reason, I can open TL2 and select my account but when I try to import any csv. file the program has to shut down. I get the message that windows is searching for a solution but never finds one. I've uninstalled (including database) twice. A couple of times I've managed to actually import one or two items. I can't believe I didn't know eBay didn't have a Mac Turbo Lister. It never occurred to me the check. We just switched to Mac and now we can't list using our new computer. This is very disappointing.

Any program can always be uninstalled. If you can figure out the awful sell your item form, you will find Turbo a breeze to use. Advantages are: your listing is saved on your hard drive, you can do listings whenever you want and then upload them when you want. And it is free. I would highly recommend checking for updates on an everyday basis. Other than that, I like it a lot. Radine
When I click on the category list down arrow I get a list of previous categories used prefixed with the category number. Do you get the complete category list when you click on the Select button?

You need to get up to date on eBay's policy changes in the past year. If you mean "handling time" that field is now in Shipping Options and is required by eBay. If you don't pick a handling time (business days between payment received and date you ship) then TL can't upload the listings. eBay has also implemented maximum shipping costs for some categories.
