Well I’m a little different, I spent most of my life working on trucks and just a few years driving back in the early 70s. I retired from working on trucks a while back and decided I didn’t really want to retire, no family around, wanted to see the country but also do something constructive. I had my CDL since the 70s but no real experience since then so I went through the truck school for the ...

Perhaps if we took away everyone’s computer and had them stand in line it would help. P I question whre personal responsibility comes into play? It amazes me how people complain about big government but when they fail to do their job it's the governments job to rescue them. 1. If you are an owner operator, as you claim, it applies directly to you...It outlines everything that you can deduct. I feel badly for your employees, seeing as they are out of a job. On the other hand, i don't feel slightly bad for you. By not filing your taxes properly and not deducting all your allowable expenses, you ran your business into the ground. It has nothing to do with you explaining ...

The Welcome Wagon

Well, sort of. I work (as a firefighter) in Baltimore, MD, but live in a small town near York, PA. One thing I've noticed during my commute over the last 3 years is all the trucks coming out of the Port of Baltimore heading up I-83. I'm also in desperate need of a second relatively decent paying job. I'm thinking I'd like to get into trucking, at least on a part-time basis right now ...
