Bama Fans, your doing great this year under ol tricky nicky.......Have fear that once he brings you a title, he will slip out of the picture claiming his work has been done as he did at LSU. He isn't a spurrier or a Meyer who sticks around to bring many more titles to that team. He will leave you high and dry to get more money at another college to win another title  reasons he wont: 1. there...

Hi all, www.morristech.com.au I understand this to be the next generation TSI. I am currently using a Unichip Q+, and it is okay once setup right. A bit tricky with the map sensor pegging, required a bit of lateral thinking because of the electronic throttle. I hope Calibrator reads this... do you prefer the unichips to the PP SMTs? I have had better luck with the unichip, but I ...

Quoting Rheinwaldner ( Reply 213 ): Quoting Tdscanuck (Reply 207): It's actually relatively trivial...it's just a SIMO controller that takes the desired yaw rate as input and drives the rudder, thrust, spoilers, nose wheel steering, and brakes as outputs. This type of control problem is extremely well studied and not all that difficult...there are much more challenging issues ...

When I first came across this type of problem (about 20 years ago) it was to use 4 identical digits (eg nines) to produce all the numbers from 1 to 20 using any of the four main arithmetic operations (i.e. not exponentiation, factorials etc). Brackets were allowed, though. The solutions called for a bit of lateral thinking, and I'm not sure...

QUOTE(itsallgood @ 3 Oct 08 08:07) Lozza, confidence is indeed a key to the subject. Every once in a while I'll get worried about a tricky day at work or a major VIP function that I can't screw up. On my better days I snap out of it quick and tell myself I'm not only going to pull it off, but do it better than I could have imagined. And you know what? it works. If I've pulled off some ...

For debate... the standard answer vs my own. Quote: A group of people with assorted eye colors live on an island. They are all perfect logicians -- if a conclusion can be logically deduced, they will do it instantly. No one knows the color of their eyes. Every night at midnight, a ferry stops at the island. Any islanders who have figured out the color of their own...

Peter, Thanks for the great reply you've given me lots to think about. You're assumptions where almost correct (in fact i store the date in a seperate field from the start and end times). I'm sure I will be able to devise a solution from here, and I will definately take a look at the flex grid over the weekend when i've got ...
