I lived there 18 years and loved it. I just recently moved to SW Florida and I like it but I miss L.A. My husband and I moved because we could not buy a house there - that is the one big thing that sucks about S. California. And that is a big thing - esp. if you want a family. Other than that it was a wonderful place. I highly recommend it, (till you get married and want to buy a house.)...
