Well, I have no opinion on the three IPs for sure, but here are some vague comments: I think Trademarks should still exist in any case, at least as a form of identification by those who want them. On patents, I'm not sure. But I think it is important to consider the 'university' method of invention-encouraging in addition to the 'corporate' method we're using now. Anyway, a thing ...
