To me the 4th gen, looked like more of a facelift to me thats. And year i didnt take into account that the Pajero came out in 1999 (I meant 4 facelifts since 99, however it is more like 2 facelifts (including next years one) and a redesign). Pick up my new Landcruiser 200 GXL tomorrow. Traded up from the Prado due to the Prado only having a 2500 kg towing capcity and I needed more to tow a new Caravan we are loooking at. Question : Given how much perforance gains there are from a tune to an LS1 / 2. Does any one know if or any one can tune a Toyota V8 to make it more pwoerful and better econnomy like my SS. Thanks

LC100 was old, old product, so new one is basically 2 generations newer... so lots of safety went in there, as well as V8 engine (compared to old I6). I dont think there will be such big differences between new Prado and old, since Prado came out in 2003... Kluger/Highlander are not sold in Europe.

Actually, it'll be out around mid-2009, plenty of hints of a cut-down version of the 1VD-FTV 4.5 litre twin turbo V8 diesel from the 200 series (V6 T/T/Diesel?) also a 2 door model coming out as well (don't ask, I don't know why).
