OMG. I so feel your pain! This morning my son (who turned three last week) woke up and was eating cereal. He is potty trained and hasn't had an accident in probably 8 months. superset of pullups and preacher curls made my biceps really grow when i thought i hit a plateau. at the top of every pullup squeeze the blood into the muscle and focus on it. come down slowly and on your last rep fight it until u abosoulutely cant hold on any more. also if you take a towel and drape it over a pullup bar and do pullups its really good for biceps and back.
