I had an apt today and it was ok but there was NO ultrasound!!! I thought my doc did them everytime but I guess only if something is wrong, since we saw the baby and HB last time there was no point. No Point? I want to see my LO!!! Oh well....We talked a lot about the migraines I'm having-I never had them in my life, never even got headaches before and have my third migraine in a week today. The girls are doing well. Elaine's surgery is less than a month away now. She's progressing well with the helmet. Chances are she may need a second one as quick as she's growing. At the same time quick growth means quick correction, so she should have it off by February if all continues to go well. Neither are rolling over, or army crawling or anything like that, which does make me worry...

If you do a search, there are many, many threads about headaches and migraines during pregnancy. I'd be surprised if it is still caffeine withdrawal this far out but, the easiest way to find out would be to have a cup. On the advise of my neurologist, I did not give up caffeine when I was pregnant because of my migraines. Through the first trimester, I have one coffee each morning. I sometimes...

#1 was a boy, m/s starting at about 7 or 8 weeks and was constant. Throwing up once or twice every single day nauseas all the time. Craved cold sandwhiches. 2nd timester, craved mostly hotdogs and hamburgers. Corndogs,chilidogs, regular with jalepenos. M/S still there and stronger than ever. Bernie: How have you managed to have such a small bub with GD? I thought they were always big .. You need to buy Jai a stack hat to wear all the time poor kid. You had a funny combination of words in one of your posts.. Sore Tail bone and Man to look at your back door.. LOL i had images on that one. My hubby really wants to shave my legs and other bits for me, but i am too shy about it.. ...

Here are the ACSM guidelines: During pregnancy, women can continue to exercise and derive health benefits even from mild to moderate exercise routines. Regular exercise (at least 3 times per week) is preferable to intermittent activity. Women should avoid exercise in the supine position after the first trimester.
