I just changed my filter today. Not sure how long it has been either, but it wasn't original. As nipper says, it does take some twisting and pulling. I pulled the "IN" side off first and was surprised by the amount of gas that shot out. I did have some rags and a cup ready, however. Got the other side off easier when I could twist the entire filter. I have done the plugs. For...

hey what time did the race start, i got there around 10:30 and all i saw was the gated off track, some cones and five dudes walkin around, and the only other subie was an outback sport goin to the fireworks place.

i couldnt tell you man, but i'll keep you updated. i was speaking to a guy today who raced the 2001 or 2002 outback challenge he said he had them on his range rover and loves them! so i'd say they do well in the sand.... based on that too, i cant really see why they wouldn't do well. the noise... at 30kph it sounds like a plane... at 90 its so much louder haha.
