I've checked out a couple of song lyric websites for you Caine but cannot find anything with the words you've listed. It's not the one you're after but I do know that Hawkwind once put out a track titled 'High Rise' about life in such a building. Dave.

Hawkwind over the Dead anyday - can't beat bit of Hawkwind . One of the (millions of) ex-band members owns a studio round here. Another one lived on the same street as me the last place I lived. And there was another one a stone's throw away from the place before that. Ex-Hawkwind members are like rats - you're never more than a few feet away from one .
