Best: The kids, the hugs, the smiles, the
thank-yous, the wonderful people I work with (teachers and parents), the community, the evironment, the resources, the location. Worst: The hours, the distance from my house, and getting phone calls at 11 p.m. or 5 a.m. from teachers who can't come in to work. My next job I won't be in charge of scheduling, I can tell you that now....
