Hi, Thanks for both suggestions. I did check on all the files.... actually, because it came with so much music already loaded, I backed up the entire drive since I might return it. All files except the ones I ripped were in Flac form. Mine were done in Wav. None of the hundreds and hundreds of files were in MP3 format. That's definitely not the problem.
