Been about a month since i went lifting, and as i was doing tricep pulldowns my elbow and wrist tendons started hurting. I didn't want to mess it up more so i finished my set and left. Now it hurts when i do certain movements... What do you guys recommend to heal this up as quickly as possible.

I've been lifting for close to eight months and just recently started doing D.B. presses to help break through a B.B. Bench plateau. It was such a shock to my stabilizers and tendons that I have to take a few days off due to the pain in my arm tendons. I did have to lower the weight and up the reps as my muscles are still very strong but my tendons scream. I was benching 350 8 reps I lowered the weight to 270 and I get 16 reps. I feel the same pump and my elbow tendons don't scream! I guess I'm just getting older! LOL
