I've installed xinetd and enabled telnet by editing "/etc/xinetd.d/telnet" , but apparently there is no telnet command. I'm new to windows 7 and I'm not a super technical person, but I've been using the DOS Command window to run a telnet session on my XP machine for years. For some reason I'm unable to do this with my new WIN7 machine. I'm also not able to cd to another directory. I'm sure it's something really simple that isn't obvious to me.
