I am 32 and just found out I am pregnant again today.  I am very surprised.  My story is complex... I was diagnosed with epilepsy at the age of 4. I generally had grand mal seizures and took phenobarbitol, tegretol, and dilantin in the end until I was 18.  In March of 2007, after almost 16 years with no seizures, I had several hours of partial complex seizures that ended in me having a stroke.  ...

most have no problem going down quickly to 4 mgs...then quickly to 2 mgs...sub has a ceiling effects so high doses like 24 mg are really wasted anyway for the most part....then at 2 mgs people ususally slow down and get to the nitty gritty...go at ur own pace but do try hard to do it in the next few weeks to avoid sub addiction Drug abuse and dependence if ur goal is to get off and not to ...

This subject seems to keep popping up every few days as more people read or hear that Suboxone or Subutex may be “The Answer” to their addiction Drug abuse and dependence problem.  About two months ago the debate raged pretty intensely between those who were pro or con on Sub.  Most of the regulars on this site know of my negative experience with Sub –as I have tried my best to share it...

Tegretol and I don't get along. I'd gone 20yrs. without any tc's, but when I started taking tegretol, my seizures changed from sp's once in a while, to sp's, cp's, and tc's, and became uncontrollable. The highest keppra dose I've taken in the past was 2500mgs., and the highest tegretol dose I took was 1200mgs. The side effects I had with tegretol, were much worse than the ones I've had with ...

LuxEtVeritas sent me a PM, in which he made a compelling point. Unfortunately, the PM disappeared when the site was having problems, and I’m not able to PM him as I don’t have enough posts. LuxEtVeritas pointed out that “it appears [Tegretol] would be a very potent 3a4 inducer and an almost negligible 2d6 inducer. As such it would only slightly at best aid conversion to M1 and at the...
