Lipton tea-to-go... the manderian orange flavor... Tava water...I go to a walmart in the next town because they always have it on the shelf... mine not so much. Kashi vive cereal... Honey bunches just bunches... ok they got me...

I am no ballerina so I don't keep on my toes. I drink normal green tea and white tea. I've heard that it could help lose weight too. Roasted chicken can be made into chicken salad. Hard boil some eggs, add some chopped up scallions, maybe some raising and chopped up apple with a little bit of mayo. Hungry as a or will be more than this? Hey everyone. I'm a guy and this past summer I took an entire 180 on my lifestyle which use to be eating a lot of junk food and sedentary activities.
