It could be one of the tallest if not the tallest building in the southern hemisphere! Sama in melbourne will be 90 floors but the proposed design has a flat top and Sandton city a pointy top . Add a mast on top and we take the honours. Heres to hoping the largest mall in the the southern hemisphere has the tallest building in the southern hemisphere....
