Hello & welcome! You are NOT alone! I am still thrown by physical illness & sensations. Sometimes real. Sometimes imagined;) I have BTDT when it comes to ER visits. If you know you have anxiety, more-than-likely this is simply a symptom of anxiety. Also, antidepressants in combination w/therapy is the most successful way to treat anxiety disorders.
