S/O just left for the hospital. He woke with pain and discomfort through the lower groin area and he said the right testicle is swollen. He called telehealth who suggested he go to the hospital. Is this cause for major concern, has anyone else any experience with this? I posted this in CAC as well. Anyway, DS 2.5 is intact and around 11:30 am (3 hours ago now) started shrieking and ripping off his pants and diaper. His left testi is bright red, swollen and painful. Have had a swollen testi since Dec., doc says it is a hydrocoele (collection of fluid in the sack) and will get an ultrasound in mid Oct. to confirm diagnosis. Anyone else have this happen? Thanks!

Long story short, was deadlifting..picked the weight up and felt a dull pain start in my right testicle. Few days later I noticed a vein in there was swollen and very tender and painful to touch.
