agreed, if that were true, then what about running when it's cold out. Nah, exersize all by it's self makes you hot.

Training for short TT My dad has askd me to help him prepare a training plan for him for a short TT in February. He is 59 years old and has a long history of competing in marathons and long distance triathlons (4 x IM finisher), but has recently made the switch to cycling only because of running injuries.
