Replying to: Exercise Blahs Your program looks very good indeed. I would suggest that you ensure you have a lot of variety in your strength training - make sure you have a lot of different exercises that you can do, and vary them all the time. Maybe also use additional equipment like the Swiss Ball, Bosu ball, weighted balls, etc. if you're not doing so already. Try combinations of ...

Find the biggest dude you can and ask him to kick you in the nuts. After you recover ask him to do it about 100 more times. If you make it through that and still want to be a SEAL, you won't have any problem at BUDS! LOL Just kidding. I'm actually a Green Beret, but I have a few SEAL buddies and the training regimen is similar. The key is just to get into the best all around shape that ...

It was a session for all involved to remember as every station (bike, chin ups, bench press, rower, 30 minute 400 metre relay, 20 minute swimming relay) we took part in got harder, and we all had to work closely ...

I am a new member and also newly vegan, and this is probably one of the best resources I have found. I had tried vegetarianism a couple years ago, but quickly reverted back to meat. I don't have any friends or family who are vegan which makes it even harder, but i've definitely committed myself this time. I decided to go vegan for health reasons, to stop participating in the exploitation of ...

Training for short TT My dad has askd me to help him prepare a training plan for him for a short TT in February. He is 59 years old and has a long history of competing in marathons and long distance triathlons (4 x IM finisher), but has recently made the switch to cycling only because of running injuries. | |
