Hi Guys, I know, long time no post, been stuck up ones own bottom sorting out a life here in frosty Bewdley. As for rentals, it was a nightmare for us, we'd have to wait 2 days before the owners would get back to us, only to refuse us we have 1 dog and 2 girls 9 & 12. We were even accepted for one (with double bond because of the dog!) only to have it refused 3 days later because they were '...

Since Radio Jackie have increased their power, reception in Hertfordshire has improved considerably. There's no high ground blocking the signal. IMO Lincs is certainly still in the firing line for at least some elevated storms from early afternoon onwards, the nose of the high theta plume does reach here by 18z - but certainly agree that it will be eastern and south-eastern counties most at risk, not unusal really when the main trough driving the setup is progressining eastwards and the upper flow is SW. Western areas of the UK generally...

UPDATE: General trend in this mornings models to slow to the eastwards progress of the plume a tad - allowing it to potentially get very warm and humid (25-27C ) across parts of the SE and East Anglia and S Lincs by early tomorrow afternoon, given some hazy sunshine. IMO, storms will be moving into Dorset and Hants tomorrow at around dawn (though these may not be especially active - tricky ...
