Welcome mate 250mg per week for 12 weeks is fine, PCT 3 weeks after, get your diet, training and rest in check 250mg is OK If you cannot gain on 250mg of test per week then you wont ever gain when off a cycle. Inject EOD sust and tren in same shot, Add in the var for the last half of the cycle...for me var takes some time to start working so spliting it up like you want is not the best way IMO.

Do this; 1ml sust EOD, days 1-36 1ml prop EOD days 38-56 With what you have that's probably what I would do. Its basically running a prop cycle for 7-8wks, I don't really think you will get much benefit from the long acting esters in the sust.
