Miraculous Mixture: Mothers Milk And We have enjoined upon man goodness towards his parents: His mother bore him by bearing strain upon strain, and his weaning was in two years: [Hence, O man,] be grateful to Me and to your parents; to Me is the eventual coming. (Quran, 31:14) Mothers milk is a matchless compound created by Allah to meet the babys nutritional needs and ...

It would take a good developer 10 minutes or less to output the custom items in alphabetical order or to enable a mass delete of custom items. The only way to easily find something for adding to my list right now is CTRL F. Therefore, it's easier just to keep writing things in. Do you know how much redundancy fills your database because people like me (paying customer, by the way) ...

Sorry - I was assuming the vet was choosing one of the vet diet duck and potato foods. Was he recommending something more commercial? I always prefer to feed a decent "premium" food before going with some of the vet diets - some of them have some horrid ingredients! Lucy recently had to go to lower protein. I chose to put her on canned CA Natural rather than go for the Hill's K/D. I ...

Hi there! It's ironic to come across this post when i had just wrote in my status bar that i feel SO much better after giving up soy for almost a year! Now, fermented soy such as tempeh & miso is not as bad, because of how it's digested with the enzymes & probiotics, other types of soy should be used in moderation. There are MANY milk alternatives that have no negative affects on hormones! I ...

I was very unsure about it as well - same thing I never cared for protein/diet shakes either. It actually went a lot better than I thought it would. My preop diet was 2 shakes and then a lean cuisine type meal - if I absolutely felt like I needed another meal/snack they said I could do one more shake. I never had to though. I went through something mentally right before I started the preop diet -...

My bro habits made me bulk slowly and I never got really strong from it, which sucks for a powerlifter. Eating "normally" with a good amount of protein and enjoying life really changed everything... Instead of focusing on my diet, I started focusing on my goals, my training and my strength and I started to listen to my body again. I lost a fair amount of weight (most of it was bf) and my ...

Welcome! I did the Red plan for weight loss. Purple was right below me. I'm probably going to get this wrong, but I know Mel or Marg can step in to help. For purple, you get 2 proteins, 2 starches, 4 vegs, 3 fruits, 1 dairy and 1 fat. I think. Proteins are 8 oz uncooked chicken, 7 oz turkey, 6 oz beef, 6 egg whites/3 eggs, 3 tbsp peanut butter, and several other options. A dairy is 2...
